After 22 years of marriage, rocker Nancy Wilson and director Cameron Crowe are calling it quits, PEOPLE reports.Wilson, a singer from the rock duo Heart, filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday. She cites irreconcilable differences and lists June 15, 2008 as the date of their separation.
Crowe, writer/director of 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High,' 'Almost Famous' and 'Jerry Maguire,' and Wilson married on July 23, 1986. They have 10-year-old twin boys named William and Curtis. In the divorce papers, Wilson seeks joint physical and legal custody of their children and also requests spousal support.
Wilson, who composed and produced music for several of her husband's films, has also asked that her legal name be restored to Nancy Lamoureaux Wilson.
Crowe is reportedly working on an untitled Pearl Jam documentary, MTV.com reports, and Wilson will continue to perform with her band Heart, alongside sister, Ann Wilson.
